When it is time to cook, we think in cuisines. It is what comes naturally to our mind. The quintessential question of "What's for dinner tonight?" is often followed by Italian, Mexican or Chinese. That is how Bopi thinks of brands. And our goal is to stay as honest to our cuisines as our supply chains can support.

When we were thinking about where to start the obvious choice was the cuisine rated as the most popular cuisine across the world, Italian. In India too, it ranks second only to Indian cuisine. It is also a cuisine which tastes best when it is freshly cooked and we were confident that we would be able to deliver restaurant grade tastes at home.
